For purchase, access, billing, or refund questions, use the support option included in your Whop receipt or sign in to the Whop account used at checkout. This connects your request to the correct order without exposing payment information by email.

Before contacting support

• Confirm that you are signed in with the email used at checkout.
• Check spam or promotions folders for the purchase receipt.
• Include your Whop order number when opening a support request.

Never send full card details or passwords in a support message.
